Laboratory Communications (LabCom)

Village's LabCom system is available as an online service for Contract Analytical Laboratories and similar organisations to communicate directly with their clients.

LabCom tracks samples as they move from source to laboratory, accelerating results back to the client by making them immediately available. One of the main opportunities to improve customer service for contract laboratories is to speed up delivery of results. Existing LabCom customers have used this advantage both to gain new customers and to retain existing ones. LabCom user sites have results at their disposal at the earliest moment.
