You will need to unzip the downloaded file to a suitable location before installing. RSM has two prerequisites in order to function correctly:
- Microsoft .Net Framework version 2.0,
- Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or later.
In order to use RSM, you will require a Microsoft SQL Server database to be installed. This can be done remotely from our office. You will also require a licence key. Both are available by contacting us at the number above.
