Transaction Systems
Village Software develops Microsoft Windows based systems for businesses to enhance their business processes.

Software is nromally developed using Micrsoft Visual Studio and VB.Net.

We normally develop what are known as 3 tier applications where the business logic is seperated out from windows and forms. This allows integrated testing and quality control.

Village uses a varient on Extreme Programming methods, these are suitable for small (less than 8) development teams we normally undertake development projects from £10,000 to £60,000
Please contact us to discuss whether a project is suitable for this type of development

Do You Know?
Agile Methodologies
Agile methods are adaptive rather than predictive. Engineering methods tend to try to plan out a large part of the software process in great detail for a long span of time, this works well until things change. So their nature is to resist change. The agile methods, however, welcome change. They try to be processes that adapt and thrive on change, even to the point of changing themselves.
Martin Fowler
Village's software engineers try to absorb the best thinking in the world in Business software development these methods are normally referred to as Agile Methods
