PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The GMT Payroll OPS Import routine has been written with Driver Hire's OPS system in mind. It import employee and timesheet data from dbase database files.

File no 1 has the static employee details e.g. names and addresses with NI, Tax Codes etc details. File No 2 has the time sheet entry information, with differing rates of pay etc per employee. The payroll operator only uses the Sage Payroll system to print out Payslips and other Payroll reports, BACS export file, and then update the records ready for the next payroll run.

Multi company functionality has been written into the system with a company number being buried into the employee files.

The system has been written in Borland C++ and has been thoroughly tested and has been used by dozens of agencies since April 2001.
