Live EPOS Version 1.20 with Sage V12

Error Message: "File or assembly name SageLine50v12.dll, or ... "

After logging in or abondoning login you need to change the version of Sage from v11 to Version 12. On doing this you may recieve an error:-

"File or assembly name SageLine50v12.dll, or one of its dependencies, was not found."

This appears to be due to a missing file in the release of LiveEpos 1.20. Please download the file below and copy it into Live EPOS directory ( normally C:\Program Files\GMT\Counter Sales )

Error Message: "Missing Sage interop interop.SageDataObject120.dll"

This Sage file is also used to connect LiveEPOS to Sage.

"Cannot Locate Accounts database name - has Sageline50v11 ODBC been installed"

By default LiveEPOS uses the Sage V11 database connector to connect to Sage. An error will probably only occur on occasions where Sage V12 is installed on a machine that has not previously have Sage V11. It is a first time through error.

To correct open up the ODBC editor, there will be a SageLine50v12 ODBC driver. A copy of this called SageLine50v11 is needed.

Support can advise on how to do this.
